Standard Shipping Charges.
Shipping costs are R55.00 for orders under R620.00.
FREE Shipping on all orders over R620.00.
We use SPEED SERVICES overnight deliveries and we will deliver to any Post Office in SA that you nominate.
Orders must be in before 10am for overnight delivery, otherwise following day delivery.
All deliveries are to a Post Office counter, NOT P.O.BOXES.

Delivery charge within the UK: £6.50 per package.
FREE delivery on orders of £65.00 or more.

Into Europe and Ireland, Receive a discount of £6.50 off delivery costs for orders of £65.00 or more, these delivery prices will vary depending on weight.

Orders are shipped registered post with a tracking number.
Parcels are not insured unless customers specifically ask for their parcels to be insured.
This will incur an additional cost of 3% of the value of the product. Some countries have a limit to the insurable value, upon request we will investigate and let you know the limit if there is one imposed on a parcel to your destination.

Please note that you will be responsible for clearing customs. This means you may have to PAY TAXES AND DUTIES. We declare all shipments as "Food Supplements" or "Merchandise" or "moisturizing cream" unless you request otherwise.
It is your responsibility to be aware of what is permitted into your country. Please do not order any items which are prohibited: we cannot be responsible for items seized by customs! In the event that your order is returned to us for any reason, we will credit you the product price in full when we receive it back in good condition.
RETURNS and REFUNDS

Depending on the circumstances, (product opened/not opened etc. ) we will either ask you to send it back or have you dispose of it.
Any opened product can be returned only in the event of an adverse or allergic reaction. Empty packages or nearly empty packages being returned claiming adverse or allergic reactions will not be refunded.
All parcels returned to us must be returned airmail, postage paid.
A return address will be supplied upon request to return a parcel.
If buyer's remorse is a factor, A 10% restocking fee may be assessed.
No returns accepted after 30 days, no exceptions.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We do have a very small number of damaged or lost parcels while in the care of the postal authorities, the policies outlined above will, in the unlikely event of that happening, prevent any dispute that may spoil your shopping experience with us.
