Natural Progesterone and menopause.
MENOPAUSE
Menopause is just a single day!!!.
Technically, menopause is the last day of your final period. But doctors can't confirm that you've gone through menopause until a year later, after you've missed 12 consecutive periods. So the critical date is really the first anniversary of your last period. Before that you're perimenopausal; afterward, you're postmenopausal.

Guidelines for NATURAL PROGESTERONE usage
Instead of a menstrual cycle use a calendar month. Apply no cream for the first week of the month. Apply 1/16 teaspoon per day for the next 12 days. Then apply 1/8 teaspoon per day for the remaining days (half the daily dose in the morning and half in the evening). Women who have severe menopausal symptoms initially apply twice as much cream. In addition, women who are experiencing hot flushes apply a small dab of the cream to the inside of the wrist at the onset of a hot flush.
